The free version allows for two power-ups. Trello has “power-ups,” which are integrations with other apps.Some helpful (and cool) things about this app: Cards can be moved from one list to another on a specific board or between boards.Trello boards can be private but also public, allowing for collaboration with team members.I can create checklists within each card.I set due dates and notifications within each card.Within each list, I create cards to represent an action item. Within the board, I create separate lists for different parts of a project. I build a board specific to one topic.

Trello is a series of boards made up of lists that include cards. Other apps I’ve tried: Evernote, Airtable, Google Taskboard I’ve been using Trello off and on for several years. Trello is a visual way to organize and manage projects. While I’m not the Picasso of project management, the king of communications or the authority on automation, I humbly offer the extremely busy CoSIDA member the following recommendations. I know how challenged CoSIDA members will be this spring, hosting football, soccer and baseball games at home while softball, track and volleyball teams are on the road – on the same weekend! If any of these apps help them be a little more organized, I’ll consider this a success. The best news is I haven’t paid a dime for any of them, and I use them every day. The better news is they talk to each other.

The good news is they all do something different.
